SECTION 1 - RETURN POLICY

As YOSETSU STUDIO’s products are intended to be “perfectly permanent”, we do not accept returns or refunds unless a product has been damaged on our behalf. If damage has occurred, please notify us immediately and/or send a description and any images you have of the damage to sophia@yosetsustudio.com and we will happily proceed with a refund! Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SECTION 2 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES (WARRANTY)

“Fine” Jewelry Products: Our “fine” metal jewelry is just that, fine! While your welded accessories will hold up to everyday wear (including salt water), they are not indestructible. In the event you have to remove your permanent jewelry (for ANY reason; medical, professional, etc), we will RE-WELD it at no cost to you (within 90 days of purchase receipt) or for the appointment deposit fee(after 90 days of purchase receipt)! Please contact us or visit our FAQ’s for more information. 

Appointments: Please review your booking confirmation email up receipt and contact us immediately with any issues. 

In-person Services: If you have any issues with your service, please don’t hesitate to mention it or feel free to send an email to sophia@yosetsustudio.com

Online Orders + Products: Please inspect your order upon receiving any product and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

SECTION 3 - EXCHANGES 

We do not accept exchanges.

SECTION 4 - REFUNDS 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
